Ebony & Flow
This sculpture was inspired by global events which made me realise the importance of staying in the flow as I found myself investigating black & white dualism.
I started by hand-shaping and bonding multiple pieces of wood into the Kimono form and then hand painted this wall mounted piece. Viewing the piece gives you the sense of flowing satin or silk beautifully complimented by a luxurious gold interior.
Surprising when viewed during a full moon.
